Contacting your local transmission and distribution utility (TDU), also known as a transmission and distribution service provider (TDU) company, is the fastest way to get a response to an emergency or power outage situation because, regardless of which Retail Electric Provider you choose, your TDU is responsible for the maintenance and repair of the equipment designed to flow power to your service location.
